All I want to do is pamper them up a bit with a few basic remedies found in my kitchen that really help keep my hands looking and feeling beautifully soft and youthful naturally. Those remedies are olive oil, organic ground coffee beans and nourishing coconut oil.

When my hands are covered in heavy soil from gardening or paint from doing my abstract artwork I love to take a cup of organic ground coffee beans and combined them with a forth cup to a half cup of olive oil to create an anti-aging scrub. The scrub not only removes the soil and paint from my hands, but also the dead skin cells as well while nourishing and conditioning my hands back to full beauty and health.

Even my boyfriend uses this remedy often when his hands are full of heavy greases from working on vehicles daily and loves the way his hand look and feel after using this scrub. Nothing gets our hands cleaner, softer or more youthful looking than this homemade scrub packed with vitamins, minerals, antioxidants and natural skin softeners.

As soon as we are done using the scrub, we always tend to grab the jar of coconut oil in our kitchen cabinet right after and scoop a little out with our clean hands and massage it into them.
