4) Adam Lambert
The George Michael
Adam Lambert has a tendency to channel celebrities through his various hairstyles, such as this one, reminiscent of George Michael’s “Faith” era.
The Kate Gosselin
When Lambert’s locks are slicked to the side and spiky at the crown, they resemble Kate Gosselin’s much maligned hairstyle.
The Vanilla Ice
Just when you thought “steps” would never make a comeback, Adam Lambert’s sporting the side-shaved look.
Lambert’s hair reaches new heights when he slicks it back into a perfect Presley pompadour. However, the combined goatee and ‘stache make it less rockabilly, more sinister vampire.
5) Russell Brand
If Russell Brand’s teased bouffant were a little neater, we might actually think he was trying to recreate a 1960s mod bombshell look.
The Wet Look
Either Brand’s hair is loaded down with product in this picture, or it’s actually still wet. Either way, it looks like he just stepped out of the shower.
Russell Brand seems to be channelling the Statue of Liberty with this spiky style.
The Bird’s Nest
Perhaps this is Brand’s tongue-in-cheek response to people criticizing his messy bird’s nest-style hair.
Luda’s locks are tied up into extreme poufs in this crazy style.
Ludacris seems to be caught up in some sort of pyramid scheme in this triangular look.
Since straight and narrow is boring, criss-cross cornrows are Ludacris’s signature hairstyle.
Luda loves a fade with amazingly intricate “shape up” sideburns.
7) Willow Smith
It may not be a look for every day, but Willow Smith’s heart-shaped hairstyle is unbelievably eye-catching in the video for “Whip My Hair.”
The Flip Out
The pint-sized pop star flipped out audiences when she showed-off this look on stage.
Willow Smith shows us “the long and short of it” with this hairstyle, but we have to wonder: does she need to keep her head tilted to make it stay that way?
Willow’s extreme yellow hair peeps out from beneath the brim of her hat, making this one the highlight of all her hairstyles.
Do you think these celebs have a say in their eccentric strands or are they being shaped by their stylists?
